Operations Manager Big Rig One Stop (Sparta, KY) Lead the Charge at a Fast-Growing Semi Service, Towing & Recovery Business. Big Rig One Stop in Sparta, KY is seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our semi repair shop, road service, towing, and recovery divisions. As a rapidly expanding company, we re looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with us. What You ll Do:
• Manage and coordinate shop operations, road service, and towing/recovery teams
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and timely service
• Implement and monitor procedures for safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction
• Support hiring, training, and performance evaluations of employees
• Track key performance metrics and drive improvements across departments
• Serve as a liaison between staff, upper management, and customers
• Ensure smooth communication, workflow, and accountability throughout the business What We re Looking For:
• Proven leadership experience in a diesel repair, towing/recovery, or logistics setting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments and shift priorities quickly
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal abilities
• Working knowledge of shop workflows, road service logistics, and fleet maintenance
