Wentworth Life Sciences is currently partnered with a life sciences organization looking to appoint a US Operations Manager to oversee their facilities in Research Triangle Park (RTP) and California.
This is a pivotal role combining strategic oversight, quality assurance, and people leadership.
What you'll do:
- Lead operations across multiple US sites, ensuring top-tier service for life science clients
- Manage integration of newly acquired facilities and standardize processes across sites
- Drive quality and compliance (ISO 9001, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ICH guidelines, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to streamline operations and elevate customer experience
- Support commercial growth through strong operational insights
️ You'll need:
- 5+ years operations management experience in sample storage environment (stability storage preferred)
- Experience managing multi-site teams and working with LIMS/eQMS systems
- Strong knowledge of CAP, GMP, FDA, and ICH regulations
- Experience of integrating new facilities
- A continuous improvement mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
