We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our services for adults with learning disabilities. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our services for adults with learning disabilitiesManage a team of staff and ensure they are trained and motivated to provide high-quality careEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQCDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of servicesMonitor budgets and financial performance to ensure cost-effectivenessCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operationsHandle any issues or complaints in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate records and reports for internal and external useContinuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance service deliveryRequirements:
CQC Registered Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleExperience in managing services for adults with learning disabilitiesStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including CQCProven track record in managing budgets and resources effectivelyAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloadProficient in IT and record-keeping systemsFlexible and adaptable to changing needs and situationsDoes this sound like the right opportunity for you?
