Responsibilities:
- Drive daily operations across underwriting, collections, and customer support processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of internal staff and external partners to meet performance goals.
- Resolve customer issues swiftly while maintaining compliance and service excellence.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize end-to-end operational flow.
- Champion process enhancements through automation and strategic improvements.
- Evaluate trends and identify areas for operational growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in an operations role within consumer lending or financial services.
- Strong leadership background with experience managing teams and vendors.
- Solid understanding of collections, underwriting workflows, and client servicing.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or similar preferred.
