We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and ensure that our business operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing processes, improving operational systems, and collaborating with teams across the organization to drive performance and support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure business efficiency and high performance.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Monitor key metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet business goals.

Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to align operations with overall company strategy.

Lead, motivate, and develop teams to deliver excellence in their roles.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.

Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service quality.

Continuously evaluate operational processes and implement best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.

Strong understanding of operational management, budgeting, and process improvement.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with operational software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems or operational analytics platforms.

Six Sigma or Lean Management certification is a plus.

Background in logistics, manufacturing, retail, or service industries (depending on the company).

Working Conditions:

Primarily office-based with occasional travel depending on business needs.

May require extended hours during peak periods.
