Job Purpose:Provide overall administration and technical management of the installation and service work performed by our technicians on security alarm, fire alarm, access control and video surveillance systems.Duties: Maintains the job schedule of the installations, service and testing of the security/fire alarm, access control and video surveillance systems. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Oversees the quality control of all customer jobs. Maintains customer response operations by establishing work schedules, assigning employees and providing support. Resolves customer problems by providing information, answering questions, troubleshooting and scheduling service if required. Keeps management informed of schedule changes and customer issues. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.Skills/Qualifications: Previous experience with low voltage systems. Programming knowledge of security/fire alarm, access control and video surveillance systems. Able to work with tech support to resolve issues. Proven management experience.
