Operations & Office Manager
Location: Medina, OH (Onsite)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually

Alaant is working with one of the top 1% residential services companies nationwide, and they are growing. We are recruiting for a hands-on leader who can run the day-to-day internal operations with excellence, accountability, and care. This role is perfect for someone who has done it all in a small business-office management, HR, team leadership, operations-and wants ownership over their work without the bureaucracy of a large organization where you are just a "number".
What You'll Do
- Run Internal Operations: Lead all day-to-day functions including office management, HR, recruiting, training, scheduling, and general administrative and operational support.
- Be the Hub: Supervisors and team leads will report to you-you'll keep communication flowing, people on track, and projects moving.
- Lead the Team: Set expectations, manage performance, and develop a culture of accountability, excellence, and team care.
- Own the Details: Track key metrics, manage internal projects, and report progress to the owner.
- Think Big & Small: Balance hands-on daily tasks with big-picture planning and improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success managing operations and people in a small business or entrepreneurial environment
- Experience running highly efficient small business/organization: Office management, general HR support , project coordination, and process management
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable-you know how to prioritize and pivot
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills-you can lead with both candor and compassion
- Tech-savvy and systems-minded-you like checklists, dashboards, and tools that keep things humming
- A get-it-done attitude, with zero need for micromanagement
- Bonus: Degree in Business, Operations, or Organizational Management is great, but not required
