We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and crew management for a dinner cruise boat service in La Crosse, WI. This role requires a dynamic individual who is willing to pitch in wherever needed-whether bartending, cleaning, or assisting as First Mate. The ideal candidate will work closely with employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
This seasonal role runs from April 1st to November 15th, with the possibility of transitioning into other charter opportunities in Florida or elsewhere. The Operations Manager must be a strong leader, comfortable with hands-on work, and dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. Salary: $50K + gratuities, with potential benefits after three months.
