We're seeking an experienced and solutions-driven Operations Manager to lead, streamline, and elevate day-to-day operations. This is a key leadership role that will work closely with advisors and internal teams to optimize systems, improve workflows, and support exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities
•  Oversee and optimize daily operations to support firm growth and ensure top-tier service across a 4,000+ client base.
•  Design and implement process maps and operational controls for greater workflow efficiency.
•  Manage and enhance CRM usage (Redtail), ensuring data accuracy and tracking client engagement effectively.
•  Serve as an internal expert on investment products (e.g., equities, 529 plans) and support advisor recommendations with operational clarity.
•  Lead cross-functional projects (e.g., tech implementation, process redesign) aligned with strategic firm goals.
•  Oversee data management - input, accuracy, analysis - to inform smarter business decisions.
•  Set a high bar for collaboration, communication, and accountability within the operations function.
•  Act as a bridge between operations, advisors, and support teams to ensure seamless internal communication.
•  Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•  Foster a culture of continuous improvement, embracing new technologies and efficiencies. Requirements
•  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
•  5+ years in operations management, ideally within financial services or advisory firms.
•  Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
•  Experience in project management and process design (process mapping, controls).
•  CRM proficiency (Redtail preferred), especially around data optimization and system usage.
•  Familiarity with investment products: equities, mutual funds, 529 plans, etc.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Highly organized, deadline-driven, and solution-oriented. Preferred Qualifications
•  5-6+ years of experience in financial advisory operations, especially supporting large client bases.
•  Advanced Redtail CRM knowledge.
•  PMP or related project management certification a plus.
