Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of one of our architecture clients. Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in an architecture or design firm.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise to tackle complex challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and process optimization.
