Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor teams through goal-setting and performance management.
Streamline production from order processing to shipment.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze KPIs and report on operational performance.

Qualifications:
5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production processes and metrics.
Bachelor's degree
Experience implementing process improvements and KPIs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
