Network Solutions IPA (NSIPA) is an established Independent Practice Association, contracted with 22 insurance plans and representing hundreds of independent physicians across the New York metro area. We empower our network through strong partnerships, clinical programs, and care management services that drive better health outcomes and smarter care delivery.

We are looking for a strong, strategic leader to take on the role of Operations Manager, overseeing our Care Management team and helping us scale programs that truly move the needle for our physician network and the patients they serve.



About the Role

This role is all about leading people and driving the business forward.

As Operations Manager, you'll manage and mentor a team of nurses, social workers, care coordinators, and nutritionists who are on the front lines of patient care. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers high-quality, coordinated services while also expanding our capabilities to meet growing demand.



Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary care management team
  • Program Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring workflows are efficient and patient engagement is high
  • Growth & Expansion: Help evolve and grow the Care Management department to support more patients and physicians
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and clinical leaders to ensure program alignment and operational excellence
  • Business Focus: Bring a growth mindset-identify ways to expand services, optimize efficiency, and deliver more value to our network
