Operations Manager - In-Office Position (Austin, TX - Westlake)

Location: Austin, TX (Westlake)

Job Type: Full-Time In-Office

Salary: $50,000 / based on experience

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, assist sales teams, and manage inventory. This role is in-office at our Westlake, Austin, TX location.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functions

Support sales teams by handling operational requests and coordinating logistics

Manage inventory, including tracking stock levels, coordinating shipments, and optimizing storage solutions

Streamline processes to improve efficiency and workflow across departments

Work closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication and operational effectiveness

Adapt to a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities


Requirements:

3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field

Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities

Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Proficiency in inventory management systems and standard office software

Must be available to work in-office at our Westlake, Austin, TX location
