Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, you will:
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Identify new market opportunities and establish strong industry relationships.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with leadership to optimize processes, improve profitability, and support expansion efforts.
Work closely with estimating, project management, and field teams to streamline operations.

Qualifications
The ideal Operations Manager candidate will have:
10 years of experience in operations, business development, or construction management.
Proven success in scaling a business and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
Experience in electrical construction (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (preferred), and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and operational challenges effectively.
