ManTech is seeking a Operations Integrator to join our team supporting our growing Defense Sector and Special Operations programs. This role requires an active SECRET clearance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Information Operations curriculum development and execution.
Conduct research and analysis to identify and recommend solutions to improve SOF training and education.
Conduct operations research and systems analysis to provide capability and utility assessments regarding specific lines of effort and command priorities.
Develop non-routine training materials to educate end users on the latest operating and maintenance procedures for computer and network systems.
Research industry and Government data, policies, and procedures to develop recommendations to reduce lifecycle costs through improvement of reliability, maintainability, and sustainability of Government cyber security and C4ISR-related systems, subsystems, equipment, and components.
Prepares and maintains systems, programming and operations documentation, procedures, and methods, including user manuals, reference manuals, (to include DA 4187s, from SM DA 330s, to update Foreign Language Proficiency Bonuses (FLPB).
Knowledge management: maintain organized archival data for future reference and to provide continuity for future company leadership and new instructors.
Maintains a current internal documentation library. Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required (the statuses of awards, evaluations, Submit work orders for building/classroom deficiencies).
Serve as the Company's primary Point of Contact for all scheduled courses. Engage regularly with SWCS Academic Records to provide start/stop rosters, student drop memos, and to collect graduation certificates for courses.
Work closely with company leadership by providing Interim Progress Reports (IPRs) on tasks, as well as, creating or modifying living documents. To include Call rosters, slide formats, data collection spreadsheets, SharePoint.
Will report to a supervisor or manager.
When required to travel to support additional research and non-routine training support. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience, 7 years of experience with an Associate's degree, or 9 years of experience with a High School diploma.
Expertise in industry issues and trends to support SOF objectives. Expertise gained through direct SOF experience to assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components.
Certification required: IPPS-A certification is a plus; willing to be certified. Clearance Requirements: Current Secret clearance Physical Requirements: The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which involves delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.
The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
