Position: First Line Manager
Location: Stoke On Trent - ST4 4EX
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Any 5 out of 7
Shift Times: 0600 - 1400 & 1400 - 2200
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a First Line Manager - Warehouse to coordinate our daily logistics requirements. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.
What does the role entail?
- Managing performance of areas within the business
- Reviewing resourcing levels to meet business needs
- Monitoring KPIs and SLAs
- Following company policies and procedures
- Responsible for a team of up to 25
What do we need from you?
- Experience in a similar role
- People management skills
- Computer literacy
- Analytically minded
- Great communication skills
A recognised qualification in supply chain management or logistics will be highly regarded.
