Join Our Team as a Regional Operations Director at Levy UK & Ireland.

Levy UK & Ireland, part of Compass Group-the world's largest catering company-is on the lookout for a Regional Operations Director to lead operations across multiple venues in the Midlands such as Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Aston Villa Football Club, Leicester Tigers and Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club to name a few.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement operational strategies that align with Levy's commitment to sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Team Development: Lead and inspire General Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and meet business objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance our food, drink, and hospitality offerings.
  • Operational Excellence: Use data-driven insights to boost efficiency, improve employee satisfaction, and maintain high service standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and developing large teams in dynamic environments.
  • Industry Expertise: Background in managing complex venues, including stadia, arenas, and conference centers.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to drive and embrace change, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • People Focused: Passion for engaging teams with our vision and values, fostering talent and growth.
