Role Responsibilities
- Set the strategy for installation and service operations.

- Manage and lead teams of supervisors, line managers, engineers, and support staff.
- Provide vision for growth.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must have a proven track record of success in a senior operations role within a service-based business, ideally fire & security, demonstrating vision, organization, leadership, client focus, and enthusiasm.
They should have an excellent understanding of emerging technologies affecting the service and delivery of security and life safety systems.
