Responsibilities include:
- Intefacing with customers, coordinating service calls and scheduling appointments, delivery and installation times
- Maintaining detailed client records
- Trouble shooting
- Managing customer records
- Preparing payroll
- Some HR duties
Must have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with triaging calls
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience with dispatching software
- High level customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
Salary/Benefits:
- $90-120K
