We're looking for a highly organized, hands-on Operations Coordinator who is ready to grow into a full Operations Manager role. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love problem-solving, and want to help build something meaningful from the ground up-this is for you.

Salary: $60,000/year + healthcare stipend + equity opportunity

The Role:
This is a growth-oriented leadership role with a clear path to full operations manager position. You will start by learning every step of our production process, working directly on the floor alongside our small team. As you ramp up, your focus will shift to managing operations, improving systems, and building a production team under your guidance.
What You'll Do
Startup Phase - Hands-On:
- Work directly in production to learn equipment, batching, packaging, and fulfillment
- Assist with training and supervising our part-time assistant
- Enforce safety and sanitization protocols
Operational Management:
- Lead daily food manufacturing operations, including QA, batch tracking, and order fulfillment
- Hire, train, and manage production assistants as we grow
- Develop and refine workflows to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Oversee inventory, raw materials, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic scale-up initiatives
- Serve as the go-to point person for production excellence and problem-solving
What You Bring
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in food manufacturing or a regulated environment
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and unafraid to get your hands dirty
-Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
-Able to work independently and take ownership
-Comfortable in a startup environment-things move fast and change often
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Comfortable with physical demands: lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive tasks, standing
- Steady, focused, and self-managing-able to take initiative without micromanagement
