Volt is immediately hiring for Operations Coordinator in Seattle, Washington.
As a Operations Coordinator you will:
Assist with day-to-day operations and management of leased facilities, ensuring business is conducted in a clean, safe and efficient work environment and that the value of the Company's physical assets is protected and enhanced.
Workstation coordination and space planning/allocation support
Coordinate space and furniture needs for Seattle location
Work in partnership with Business Unit contacts to coordinate and communicate internal moves
Parking Services
Liaison with parking service garage management group
Maintain database of self-park waitlist
Assign spaces to new employees as needed
Building Access Control
Provide support with IDs and building access cards with tracking reports and providing supervisor with requests for new and cancellations of all cards
Reception
May need to assist and provide coverage at reception desk
Provide validations and building access cards to guests and some employees
This is a full time, onsite opportunity that will run for 2 months.
The ideal candidate will have:
2 years' experience in facilities or operations
Microsoft Office Basic Programs
Database management
Technical aptitude
Sharp
Detailed
Flexible
Personable
Team Player
Ask questions and be proactive
Pay Rate: $26.50 an hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
