City Wide Facility Solutions St. Louis, named a "Best Place to Work Finalist in 2024" is looking for a bilingual English and Spanish speaking person that is a highly organized, self-motivated individual to help us recruit and manage our very successful independent contractor and maintenance programs. These programs are the cornerstone of our business and must be overseen by a high-energy, friendly, dedicated specialist focused on completing all aspects of the job. This person will be the company liaison by developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, ensuring our vendor availability matches the sales growth and ensuring that all internal records are kept up to date.
Our best candidate will be willing to challenge assumptions, open to learning things they don't know, and will dig deep to become fluent in the position. A quick learning multi-tasker will work closely with the operations team to assure our clients are receiving the highest level of service in all facilities. You will be an integral part of the operations team as well as the City Wide St. Louis organization.

Essential Functions:
- Consistently and effectively recruit new prospective contractors and oversee the company's growing independent contractor team
- Manage all recruiting activities from the initial screening process to the successful onboarding of all IC's
- Develop and nurture contractor relationships, assisting new providers through the first 120 days of service
- Contractor administration including providing written notices, reconciling discrepancies, managing background checks and assuring all requirements of our independent contractor program are met
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure suitable independent contractors are brought on board to service our client facilities
- Review production, quality control, maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities related to the IC's
- Business analysis for the assessment and management of current contractor positions, account and territory distribution
- Maintain the CRM contractor database
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a MUST
- Profficient with microsoft sofware, CRM and other technology
- Recruiting skills - will train the right person. 1-3 years related experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and administration teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task with the best of them. Develop project plans, communicate changes and progress and complete projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills through email, in-person or the phone
- Capability to plan, organize and prioritize work activities; use time efficiently, set goals and objectives. Comfortable asking for direction as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality of work. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
- Proficient using social media to recruit candidates
