We are seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator to manage and enhance our systems for event coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management, and marketing. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, providing support across various departments, and contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities
  • Build, implement, and manage systems for event coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management, and marketing.
  • Assist in documenting systems for customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking, financial, and expansion.
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
  • Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment.
  • Create and curate social media materials for individual agents and their deals.
Essential Skills
  • High school graduate; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not necessary.
  • 1-3 years of service/management experience.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in social media, Canva, Google Sheets, Excel, Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn CRM systems.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with buyers, sellers, and vendors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Real estate license is preferred but not necessary.
  • Graphic design, marketing campaign experience, and event planning skills.
  • Sales customer service and CRM system experience.
Work Environment

The role offers a hybrid work environment with a business casual dress code, excluding sweatpants and sweatshirts. The shift is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with opportunities for PTO. Remote work is possible either in the afternoons or on Mondays and Fridays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
