Operations Coordinator-Sales and Marketing
Position: Full Time
Location: GA (flexible schedule)
Primary Duties
- Oversee and enhance the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and ongoing improvements.
- Partner with the marketing team to organize and execute customer events for effective promotion.
- Administer CPQ processes to boost sales efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare dealer quotes and sales orders to support sales operations.
- Evaluate lead generation performance to identify and optimize effective sourcing partners.
- Manage the sales process for used equipment, including generating quotes and determining trade-in values.
- Facilitate the brokerage of used equipment that the company opts not to accept.
- Work with the marketing team to effectively list and promote used equipment on the company website.
- Assess market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies for used equipment.
- Provide support for trade shows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the machinery or equipment industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%, both domestically and internationally.
