Polar Block Properties is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help scale our business in buying, flipping, selling, and wholesaling real estate.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating systems, managing transactions, and supporting daily operations-both in the office and in the field. Real estate transaction experience is a plus, but we're open to sharp, coachable candidates who learn quickly.
As the Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the owner to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and manage real estate transactions. Your work will directly impact our ability to close deals faster, scale the business, and increase profitability. This is a hands-on role that requires initiative, organization, and a problem-solving mindset
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities • Assist in the buying, flipping, wholesaling, and selling of real estate properties
• Coordinate transaction processes to ensure deals close smoothly and efficiently
• Develop and implement systems to streamline operations and scale the business
• Maintain strong communication with vendors, partners, and clients
• Work both in-office and in-field, assisting with property acquisitions, project management, and day-to-day operations
• Identify inefficiencies and process improvements to enhance workflow and profitability
• Monitor and analyze market trends to support real estate investment decisions
• Anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and bring proactive solutions to the table
Qualifications • 2-3 years experience in real estate is preferred
• Prior real estate transaction experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive business growth
