- Ensure compliance with distribution and new item speed to shelf
- Review and approve all cycle activities
- Track new hires productivity and provide feedback to management
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards for hiring and onboarding process
- Compile and consolidate information flow from client/BDM teams
- Communicate cycle priorities, promotional activities, and special projects to Retail Management Team
Qualifications: - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Management preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in route-based retail operations
- 4+ years of applicable work experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong functional experience in retail management
