What You'll Do:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Division Operational Controller to lead financial operations for a high-profile, multi-entity Medical Aesthetics organization. Our client is seeking a CPA with 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, a strong business acumen to collaborate with Operational & Finance Leadership to help drive. An Entrepreneurial attitude to pivot when needed and thrive in a private equity-backed, growth-oriented environment is essential.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor teams across multiple locations, including Ohio, Florida, and offshore.
  • Lead monthly close; Reporting and Analysis, and operational analysis.
  • Streamline processes, integrate acquisitions, and replicate successful operational strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support M&A activities and ensure seamless integration.

What You Bring:

  • CPA and Accounting degree are required.
  • Public Accounting with Big 4 or Regional Firm in addition to 6+years' experience managing the accounting function, preferably in MSO, PC o with a private equity-backed company.
  • Solid understanding of the nuances of RCM in Healthcare is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to handle operational analysis for multiple brands and locations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for operational excellence.
