Job Description

This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in one of the following locations: St. Petersburg, FL, Memphis, TN , or Southfield, MI.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a business partner to important internal customers and manage relationships with them, while taking guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term. Recommendations could be technical or professional in nature.
  • Write and edit material for various target populations, tailoring the tone and content to match the needs and expectations of each audience.
  • Manage a large customer service area, planning and organizing activities within the area in order to meet customer service standards. Likely to be working through a team of managers and supervisors.
  • Develop short- or medium-term work schedules in order to achieve planned commitments. Approve overtime or use additional resources as needed.
  • Uncover emerging issues or needs, identifying potential causes, barriers, and key stakeholders, as well as related issues.
  • Identify and evaluate complex, expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.
  • Manage relationships with small clients while also helping senior colleagues manage relationships with larger key clients and customers.
  • Execute a communications plan within established internal communication systems and procedures.
  • Help develop procedures for an area of the organization and monitor their implementation.
Knowledge of:
  • Functional, operational and technical requirements of all systems used in the functional area
  • Principles of banking, finance and securities industry operations
  • Investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry.

Education

Bachelor's: Accounting, Bachelor's: Business Administration, Bachelor's: Finance, High School (HS) (Required)

Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Series 99 OS-Operations Professional - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
