The Opportunity

The Operations Business Analyst will create important performance reports and business metrics, identify areas of opportunity through data analysis, and provide main insights to business leaders. Reporting to the Director of US Transportation, you will identify areas of the business where metrics are needed to better understand and improve results. Your focus will include Forecasting, and Analytics related to Inbound Logistics and Supply Chain. You will work hybrid (4x/month) to West Chester, PA headquarters.

Your Impact
  • Create hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly reports that guide critical business processes across multiple value streams.
  • Develop business facing analytics, dashboards, and data visualizations in BI platforms, such as Tableau, to aid business decision making.
  • Prepare workflow, process diagram and presentations by partnering with multiple teams to identify gaps and create cost-benefit analyses to improve business projects.
  • Develop and implement business processes and feedback loop to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery experience.
  • Ensure user readiness for implementation of new processes.
What You Bring
  • Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) and moderate to advanced SQL skills
  • 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI
  • Proficient in data modeling techniques such as Python, R
  • Experience defining data requirements and work with Business Intelligence teams to create new views and tables in the source data repository
  • BS or BA degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Operations or equivalent experience.
