Located in Pinole, CA, we are pioneers in the examination glove market, owning and operating two of the dental industry's most respected infection control brands. We are looking for the right candidate to join our team as an Operations Associate under our Operations team. We're seeking a dynamic individual eager to learn across various job functions and grow beyond the initial role. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for distributor inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our distributor partners.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently from distributors, brand website, and marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon).
- Navigate and manage order processing within different platform interfaces.
- Communicate proactively with distributors regarding order status, shipping updates, and any potential delays.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to schedule and track deliveries.
- Resolve customer service issues and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide distributors with product information, pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Assist in the preparation of sales-related reports and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing customer service and order fulfillment efficiency.
- Manage the process for customer returns, including issuing return authorizations, coordinating return shipments, and processing credit or replacements.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1-2 years of administrative/logistic experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service, sales support, or order processing role is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric and empathetic approach.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using office software and logistics management systems, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, etc.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with varying order volumes from different sources and return/defect inquiries.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desired Skills & Characteristics:
- Experience managing orders from multiple sales channels (e.g., direct, marketplace, e-commerce) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with wholesale distribution and global logistics is beneficial, but not required.
