Maintain portfolio management systems by entering investment activity, verifying, and backing up data
Reconcile cash and positions between internal portfolio management systems and external banks
Manage multiple external relationships including sub-agency, custodians, banks, borrowers and lenders
Analyze and interpret data to be communicated with our Custodian and Accounting Administration Team
Prepare trade tickets and supporting documents for the purchase of loan and equity across the entire platform including BDC's, private credit funds, SMA's and JV's
Serve as liaison between the deal teams and the finance department through the entire trade lifecycle
