JSF Financial, LLC is seeking candidates for a full-time Associate to help with general business operations. This role's primary responsibility is to assist and report to the Client Service Team and Chief Operating Officer. This position's core responsibilities will span across the entire company and work in areas such as Financial Planning, Investment Management, Client Service, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Human Resources.

Here's What You'll Do Day to Day:

  • Work closely with our Client Service Team in supporting Financial Advisors and Clients.
  • Serve as the administrative and technical support to both the Client Service Team and COO.
  • Compile and review reports daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  • Support the Client Service Team with Brokerage Account Operations and Portfolio Accounting and Reporting Software
  • Assist our CCO to help ensure firm wide compliance to our regulatory and company policies
  • Learn and test new software - train employees and educate team members of best practices
  • When things break, get your hands dirty and troubleshoot issues that arise
  • When a helping hand is needed in other departments, to be able to quickly jump in fill any gaps

Here's What Skills are Experience are Required:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant administrative and technical work experience preferred
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail for reviewing compliance documents
  • Innate desire to learn and develop
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong track record of seeing delegated projects through completion
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000

Annual Discretionary Bonus
