AlphaX RE Capital is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Assistant who will assist in managing daily operations within our mortgage and real estate services. The ideal candidate has experience in mortgage operations, real estate transactions, or both, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with loan officers, real estate agents, title companies, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions
- Maintain and organize documentation for underwriting, closing, and funding processes
- Utilize transaction management platforms to track progress and update records
- Assist in implementing operational procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage or real estate operations
- Familiarity with real estate transaction processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven Environmental
