Insight seeks an Operations Assistant to join the team to help manage a range of operations processes for future growth of the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Operations Assistant will have the opportunity to work directly with the leadership team on a variety of operational endeavors to support Insight's consulting practice. Areas where the Operations Associate will contribute include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain Salesforce database by ensuring accurate entries of projects and contacts which are used for business development, conflict checks, and upkeep of expert materials.
  • Set up and assign projects and team members for project billing in TimeSolv.
  • Develop, review, and summarize key findings from reports related to marketing, culture, and human resources (both orally and in writing).
  • Assist in drafting internal and external communications for employee surveys, company-wide emails, press releases, publications, social media and other communications.
  • Update and organize SharePoint with new folders and files related to operations, projects, and employee resources.
  • Manage and analyze company vendors for usefulness, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Coordinate and execute various remote and in-person team gatherings.
  • Handle recruiting logistics such as registering and preparing for career fairs, posting and reviewing job applications, assisting with interview logistics, and supporting onboarding.
  • Aid external IT service provider with new device setups, user troubleshooting, data backups, password management, and implementation of IT related projects.
  • Various administrative tasks required by the Operations team to support the consulting team.
QUALIFICATIONS

An Operations Assistant should be well-rounded with outstanding operational skills and a desire to learn. We are especially interested in individuals that can work efficiently with team members in different locations - and therefore have strong communication skills and have the ability and a desire to utilize technology to create an efficient working environment. Other requirements include:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Degree preferably in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum Major and Overall 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office software and SharePoint online.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to move multiple projects along simultaneously.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency using WordPress is a plus.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Located in North Carolina with hybrid of in-office and remote work (currently 3 days in-office, 2 days flexible working location).
  • Position is available immediately.
