Candidate will be the first point of contact with visitors and clients. Will answer phone calls, issue security badges, sign for deliveries, and manage physical records. Candidate will also maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare written documents and spreadsheets. Will assist with mailroom duties, coordinate vehicle reservations, maintain fleet logs, perform asset tagging, and key issuance. Candidate will also do some data entry and check runs. Candidate must be proficient with MS Word and Excel, Google Sheets and Docs, Gmail, and Google Calendar. Candidate must have a Bachelors degree, and a postgraduate degree is preferred. Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), be able to start with 2 weeks notice, already be in the Phoenix Metro area (NO relocations), and be able to pass relevant background and drug screens. Valid Drivers License is required as will be driving fleet vehicle on occasion. Email Word version of resume to and reference 5599. Include current location.
