The Role
As our Operations & Office Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless running of our U.S. operations. From compliance and HR support to office management and event planning, you'll play a key role in supporting our growing team and maintaining an efficient, positive workplace.
What You'll Do
Compliance & Operations:
- Assist in drafting and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Support the onboarding of clients and contractors, guiding them through compliance processes.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance records and liaise with third-party advisors.
- Stay informed about contractor classification laws and other key regulations.
HR Support & Administration:
- Facilitate employee onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, and system registrations.
- Support HR processes such as promotions, role changes, and audits of employee records.
- Plan and coordinate office activities, social events, and employee treats.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and executive team.
Office & Facilities Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and productive workspace.
- Manage office budgets, supply orders, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate desk moves and office expansions with minimal disruption.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.
What You'll Bring
