Operations and Maintenance Shop Lead (EFOM)Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking an
Operations and Maintenance Shop Lead in
Vienna Virginia. This role will manage Operations and Maintenance (O&M), repair, minor construction and sustainment contract for Tier 3 Data Center program. Serves as an interface between the customer and the company. Deliver exceptional site leadership, customer service, positive employee engagement, and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements, while meeting safety and quality performance requirements.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Oversees the performance of all duties of the O&M Shop, personnel assigned to the shop, and subcontractors performing work for the shop.
- Ensures work tickets, email requests, and telephone requests for service are received and attended to in a timely
- Coordinates closely with the Government Facilities Manager (GFM) regarding facility issues and
- Assigns tasks to shop personnel, sets priorities, and monitors timely completion of all work. Evaluate and analyze work
- Create, update, and maintain sensitive and/or classified facility information, documents, and records that are located on the Top Secrete SCI network Facilities SharePoint, Secret Classified shared drive and ticket systems, and unclassified
- Shall be on-site full time during regular working
- May be issued a government smart
Qualifications- Current Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Shall be a minimum Licensed Master Electrician and shall be a licensed journeyman electrician, journeyman plumber, journeyman HVAC, or journeyman carpenter.
- Shall have a minimum of ten (10) documented years of experience in facilities of similar size and scope, with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a leadership role
- Shall have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills
- Shall be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Shall have a high school diploma
- Shall also have working experience with NFPA, EPA, OSHA codes and
- Experience using CMMS is preferred.
- Completion of OSHA 30 preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
