We are currently seeking an Operations and Logistics Support Specialist to join our growing team of skilled, dedicated professionals at our Palmdale, CA location. This role plays a vital part in supporting the operations department through logistics coordination, report generation, data entry, purchasing, inventory management, and employee training, among other responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead in coordinating dispatching and organization of shipments
- Working with drivers and other visitors allowing seamless flow of inbound and outbound materials
- Inventory management including warehousing and distribution
- Daily production tracking and Enter Production into System
- Prepare and/or maintain various technical spreadsheets and databases
- Maintain training log
- Assist in cost and asset tracking
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office required with expert skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferable
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Desire to work in a team environment

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree desirable. Bachelor's degree preferable
- 2+ years' related experience desirable
- Precast concrete or construction experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
