Position: Operations and Customer Quality Engineer Req Location: Austin, TX. Domestic and international travel required, 20%. Duties: Develop and apply quality standards and related tests, in accordance with company and customer requirements. Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment. Conduct business process audits, prepare for external ISO audits, and drive continuous improvements Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; work within broad guidelines and policies. Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment. Requirements: Masters degree (US or foreign) in Mechanical Engineering. Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in each of the following: Statistical Process Control (JMP and/or Minitab); Six Sigma Methodologies for problem solving (DMAIC and/or Fishbone); Data Analysis using MATLAB, Python, Tableau, PowerBI; Project Management; 2D and 3D modelling; GD&T; FMECA; Root Cause Analysis; and Data Analysis.
