Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Westlake, OH for an Operations and Client Services Associate. The role involves providing high-quality client services, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the operational aspects of our financial advisory services. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, helping clients with their financial planning needs, and maintaining accurate client records. Additionally, the role includes assisting in the preparation of financial documents, coordinating client meetings, and supporting overall office function to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Services and Customer Support
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge or experience in Financial services, banking, wealth management
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency with financial planning software and technology is a plus
