Are you an experienced Operations Analyst looking for a dynamic new opportunity? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and manage client subscription documents and relevant paperwork for alternative investments. • Prepare, track, and manage all client subscription documents and relevant paperwork for alternative investments.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and external investment sponsors to ensure timely resolution of client paperwork issues.
• Answer account documentation inquiries and establish client accounts on firm systems.
• Verify that all documentation received from clients complies with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Maintain workflow procedures and onboarding documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with client-facing Service and Sales teams to provide high-quality service.
• Work on special projects as necessary, such as automation-related projects or new business lines.
• Analyze and solve problems both independently and with the team.
• Monitor and escalate onboarding issues to ensure a high-quality response to clients. Skills
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Process-oriented.
• Handle sensitive client data with care.
• Ability to deliver superior client service to both internal and external clients.
• Can multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in PC skills, particularly MS Office, Windows, Salesforce, and Adobe Acrobat. Preferred Skills
• Experience with automation-related projects or new business lines.
• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
