Join a 24/7 remote operations team supporting roadside monitoring and enforcement systems across the U.S. and Canada. As an Operations Analyst, you'll work within the Orchestration area, supporting various departments through data management, quality assurance, system validation, and trend analysis to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations, including remote tech support and equipment tracking
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases
- Assist with asset tracking, invoicing, and legal documentation requests
- Identify areas to improve service and support implementation efforts
- Manage tasks such as ticketing, reporting, and communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and infrastructure
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, backlog reviews)
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and internal procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business, IT, Statistics, or related field or 3+ years in operations, remote troubleshooting, or analysis
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Visio)
- Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and information management
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: scripting/programming experience (PowerShell, Visual Basic, Python)
