Essential Functions:This position is responsible for:- Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Mid Valley Family Foods Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities.
- Complete production reports for each production run, including data entry, usage variance clarification, and documentation review.
- Report on production efficiencies, trends, and historical performance analysis.
- Prepare and maintain production downtime reports, with ongoing trends and historical analysis.
- Assist in maintaining documentation for the Vendor Certification Program.
- Enter batching and pre-blend data into the packaged product database.
- Support invoicing and shipment receipt reconciliation through accurate production data entry.
- Maintain document control systems to support accurate recordkeeping and recall readiness.
- Actively support and assist with the execution of Food Safety and Quality Systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements: To be a successful Operations Administrator, they will need:
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with production supervisors and personnel.
- At least 3 years of experience in production and inventory control.
- Skilled in production reporting, calculations, and database management.
- Familiarity with food processing operations, materials, and ingredients is highly desirable.
