Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Administrator , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our healthcare facilities. You will manage multiple administrative tasks, support clinical staff, and contribute to the overall success of the organization's mission to provide high-quality care.
  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all services are delivered in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows, improve patient care, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Provide support for the onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and standards.
  • Rotate on-call responsibilities with other administrators, responding to urgent matters and supporting staff during emergencies.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and patients, addressing any operational issues that arise promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: High school diploma required, though a degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in healthcare operations or a related field, with supervisory experience. Experience in inpatient psych, residential psych, or behavioral health is a strong advantage.
  • Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as you may occasionally need to transport patients.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attitude: A can-do approach, with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on any task that supports the team and enhances patient care.
