Client in DTLA is seeking an Operations Administrator to work onsite
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: Hybrid (Monday and Tuesday onsite. Wednesday-Friday will be remote)
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Job Title: Operations Administrator
Pay: $25/hr
Duration: temp-to-hire
Job description: the Operations Administrator will support the executive team of a large non-profit chapter based in DTLA
Key Responsibilities
Event & Logistics Support:
-Assist in event coordination, supply inventory management, booking accommodations, and travel arrangements
-Manage event logistics, including onsite supplies and space setup
-Organize internal program supply closets and data file room
-Coordinate the Annual Gala Event
Administrative & Operations Support:
-Expense report management
-Request janitorial services via the internal facilities team
-Document collation and online task execution
-Assist in systems modernization & digital transformation
Communication & Technology Proficiency:
-Professional correspondence with internal & external stakeholders
-Schedule and set up Zoom & Teams meetings
-Note-taking & summarization for Tracy and Jorge (executives at the organization)
-Edit PowerPoint presentations and convert to PDF
-Proficiency in PowerPoint, OneDrive, Word, and Excel
Confidentiality & Compliance:
-Handle sensitive information (expenses, PII) with discretion
Qualifications:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written & verbal communication skills - familiarity with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel)
Able to work with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
Patient and understands organizational transformation
