Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to support management in managing daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, independent, and capable of handling administrative tasks, accounts receivable, invoicing, and lead follow-ups. Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Accounts Receivable: Manage and follow up on outstanding payments, particularly from insurance companies, to ensure timely collection.

Invoicing & Bookkeeping: Assist with invoicing processes and perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.

Lead & Customer Follow-ups: Use the company CRM to maintain consistent communication with potential and existing clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in administrative and operational processes, and assist in implementing changes.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records, generate necessary reports, and ensure proper documentation is kept for operational and business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree (advantageous)

Experience: 5+ years of experience related to the role

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Experience in accounts receivable and bookkeeping is preferred.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience using CRM systems.
