About the Company - A midsized private equity and real estate development firm is searching for a operations administrator to sit within their C Suite office in Lower Fairfield County, Connecticut. This role will interact with all aspects of the operations along with external vendors, building departments, leasing and internal stakeholders to provide best in class support of all things related to large construction and real estate development projects. Qualifications- 1-4 years of experience working w construction projects, preferably large scale commercial and retail asset classes
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to work in office, 5 days a week.
- Microsoft products(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Software such as MRI, Yardi, or Skyline preferred
- Experience w accounts payable and receivables
