Job Title: Operations Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator with a hands-on mentality to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with responsible parties to understand the full project scope, timeline, and expected outcomes. They will gather information, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), participate in project meetings, and provide weekly status reports on deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Work with responsible parties to understand full project scope, timeline, and expected outcomes.
  • Gather information and create SOPs and similar documentation where needed.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide weekly status reports on deliverables.
  • Review projects and requests to organize the scope of work.
  • Engage with various departments and coordinate with outside/3rd party vendors.
  • Address receiving site challenges and implement mitigation suggestions to maintain product and process quality.
  • Understand industry-specific compliance and regulations to raise concerns and find solutions.
  • Communicate knowledgeably about industry-specific services.
  • Apply project management skills for continuous improvement and document all project activities.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a detailed-oriented and highly organized approach.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other project management tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Management, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.
  • Experience working on multiple projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing hourly employees.
  • Ability to collect requirements, document, and communicate effectively to multiple teams.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion on time.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment, reporting to the General Manager. The role involves assisting with the transition of Production from Bethlehem to an out-of-state site. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The team consists of about 30 members in Operations/Production and two others in Management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00/hr.
