Location: Genesee County, Michigan

Schedule: Full-Time Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends if necessary

Compensation: Up to $80,000 (Contingent on Background and Tenure)

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions seeks a dedicated Operations Administrator to join one of our trusted behavioral health partners. This full-time, direct hire opportunity allows you to make a significant impact by overseeing clinical compliance, organizational policies, and team performance in a trauma-informed and patient-centered setting.

What You'll Do:

As Operations Administrator, you'll wear many hats and lead with integrity, coordination, and compassion:
  • Ensure full readiness for site audits, licensing inspections, and CMH reviews by conducting internal audits and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams and external contacts such as Guardians, CMH Contract Managers, Coordinators, and Vendors
  • Create and implement Corrective Action Plans and maintain all licensing/CMH documentation
  • Develop, revise, enforce, and implement companywide policies and procedures
  • Lead Operations Associates through coaching, performance management, and mentorship
  • Oversee employee compliance including background checks, training certifications, and medical clearance
  • Ensure residents' documentation such as progress notes, incident reports, behavior plans, and psychosocial records are completed with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage contract submissions, CARF implementation, and licensing applications
  • Promote ethical, professional workplace culture while supporting resident rights and treatment standards
  • Collaborate across departments and serve on internal committees as needed
  • Utilize communication tools such as FIN to maintain transparency and efficiency
What We're Looking For:
  • Must be a current or former support staff member
  • Proven experience in behavioral health services
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
  • Commitment to trauma-informed care and patient-first practices
