Work Environment

100% remote - entire team is remote but local to the Chicagoland area is preferred.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-5pm, with the possibility of some overtime.

Job Description

This role involves applying foundational knowledge of standard practices and procedures to assist in operational and vendor responsibilities related to cloud subscription sales. This position ensures smooth support for cloud solutions sold to business, government, education, and healthcare clients. The individual in this role maintains accuracy, collaborates with team members, and contributes to problem-solving efforts using established procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure operational areas meet or exceed client's transactional specifications and timeline requirements.
  • Contribute to the completion of tasks associated with cloud transactions, including order fulfillment, provisioning, and invoice/payment reconciliation.
  • Assist in resolving routine challenges and collaborate with operational peers to solve standard problems across various operational areas.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate transactional information.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records for operational activity tracking requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement projects, including participating in the creation of standardized process documentation.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new or existing team members.
  • Support ad hoc requests and provide additional support as needed.
  • Meet all KPIs for Cloud Operations team.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
